1. Raw Material Preparation
Mainly uses high-quality carbon crystal powder, bamboo powder and wood powder, plus food-grade PVC as binder to ensure environmental protection. All raw materials are inspected before production.
2. Mixing and Pressing
Raw materials are evenly mixed into high-density mixture, then pressed and formed by high-temperature and high-pressure processes to enhance hardness and stability.
3. Surface Treatment
The pressed board is covered with a wear-resistant layer (similar to mobile phone tempered film) and printed with natural wood grain via advanced technology, meeting various aesthetic needs.

Method 1: Buckle Fixation
Fix special buckles on joists, then insert wall panels into buckles and fit closely.
Method 2: Direct Fixation
Apply structural adhesive on the back of wall panels, paste on joists and fix with screws (hidden or same color as panels for aesthetics).
Tongue-and-groove joints ensure seamless splicing; special edge strips or corner beads are used for corners to enhance aesthetics and durability.
Check if panels are flat and firm after installation, then clean surface dust and glue residue.
Reserve 3-5mm expansion joints for thermal expansion; avoid short-term installation in overly humid environments; measure accurately before opening holes.
